What a workflow entry carries

Name / summary: One sentence on which piece of repetitive work it removes.
Node count: Complexity at a glance — enough to decide whether to open it now.
Required capabilities: Which providers must be configured before it runs, so a missing one shows up before the import, not after.
Importable graph: The same JSON /api/workflows speaks; save it and import directly.
